向来以办案手法狠辣勇猛见称的女警刘，由于屡立奇功，深受上司器重，在短时间内已被提升为高级行动组督察。反观其表姐毛，一直唯利是图，工作态度异常消极，虽曾在警界名噪一时，但已难恢复当年勇猛之美誉。在一次行动中，二人刚巧撞正警方线人罗，逼其提供一宗金铺劫案的情报，并立即采取行动，实行四周埋伏，欲将匪帮一网擒住。但案发当日，匪徒火力之强，处事之凶却是二人意料之外，刘亦因此而导致行动失误，大为恼火，怪罪罗线报不足，遂四处寻找……。Ollie Dee and Stanley Dum try to borrow money from their employer, the toymaker, to pay off the mortgage on Mother Peep's shoe and keep it and Little Bo Peep from the clutches of the evil Barnaby. When that fails, they trick Barnaby into marrying Stanley Dum instead of Bo Peep. Enraged, Barnaby unleashes the bogeymen from their caverns to destroy Toyland。
