有一天在美味小镇突然出现“儿童午餐主题公园・多莉米亚”。虽然由依一群人享受着饭团塔、面包摩天轮、拉面过山车等以食物为主题的游乐设施，但是玛丽变成布娃娃等等异变，都发生在园内……。Speedy" loses his job as a soda-jerk, then spends the day with his girl at Coney Island. He then becomes a cab driver and delivers Babe Ruth to Yankee Stadium, where he stays to see the game. When the railroad tries to run the last horse-drawn trolley (operated by his girl's grandfather) out of business, "Speedy" organizes the neighborhood oldtimers to thwart their scheme.。
